Balance is everything

Someone very wise once told me that the juggle of adulthood isn’t about “keeping all the balls in the air”. For me, the juggle of life is constant and intense — kids, relationship, family, furry friends, home, work, fitness, education, service and wellbeing. Sometimes, a few balls will inevitably drop . “Balance” is about getting clear which balls are made of rubber and which balls are made of glass at any given moment. Get clear on which balls in your life are fragile and need extra care …. then, be willing to let the other stuff bounce!
