10 min of AM movement - for when you're on the road!

This is a 10 min full body yoga sequence for those days when you are on the road… maybe visiting family, or on vacation, or traveling for work. Those days when your routine is turned upside down. This isn’t a replacemnent for more vigorous exercise or taking care of yourself in other ways. But it should get you grounded and connected to your body and on track to make a whole lot more empowering choices throughout the day!
